It’s not too late to use your remaining ESSER III funds! How?
- Decide how you want to spend the funds – but act quickly. The deadline for obligating ESSER III funds is Sept. 30, 2024.
- At least 20% of your ESSER III funding must be spent on “evidenced-based interventions” that address the impact of loss of learning during the pandemic. EPS Learning products meet all the requirements of ESSER funding rules.
- LEAs (Local Education Agency) should contact their SEAs (State Education Agency) for specific guidelines on how to secure your ESSER funding. You’ll find this information on your state’s department of education website.
- Even if your SEA has already distributed funds to you, your LEA may be entitled to additional ESSER dollars that SEAs may have set aside.
