Primary Phonics® is a systematic, phonics-based early reading program that uses flexible, skills-based Workbooks and Storybooks to let students work at their own pace and progress from simple to complex phonic elements as they become successful readers. Primary Phonics® Decodable Readers are a key component of the Primary Phonics program and can also be used to support fluency development with any phonics or beginner reading program.
